How do you find member info?

I have a memeber who lost their info and password. As owner/administrator is there a way for me to retrieve that info? Or do I need to ask runboard to do it?

Not sure what 'info' could is lost, but if they know their username, they should try the 'Lost password' link on the log in screen. That gets an email with the password sent to their registered email address. They should make sure that Runboard is not blocked or treated as spam by their email host.

An owner/administrator cannot access such information.

Thanks. I should've thought of that. Why wouldn't an admin be privy to passwords however? Especially in invite only forums? Just curious.

That's primarily because Runboard has global membership, ie. the user's account is with Runboard, not with any particular board.
