Erika, how did I forget about the mouse wheel when I have one too?  I just tried my mouse wheel on IE7. It didn't blink, but it wasn't smooth and it was a little slower than Support, the Directory, and Illusia. I remember page background images causing an issue with wheel-scrolling in IE6, but since Illusia also has an image for the page background, I don't know what IE7's problem is. Yet another good reason to switch to Firefox.  Does it work ok if you use the scrollbar? In IE7 it's faster than the wheel for me but still isn't completely smooth.
Are notifications acting screwy again too?  You really know how to bring me down, don't you Erika?  Just kidding.  Thanks for the feedback!
