Different images for 'NEW' text

In your CSS :

#fl_td_1_1 .forumlistnewswitch {
  display: block;
height: 50px;
  width: 50px;
background:url("http://home.online.no/~johnsr5/moosewave2.gif") no-repeat center;
}
#fl_td_2_1 .forumlistnewswitch {
  display: block;
height: 50px;
width: 50px;
background:url("http://home.online.no/~johnsr5/drv.gif") no-repeat center;
}

Just replace those URL's with your own images and copy/paste for as many forums you need.

NOTICE : Increase the #fl_td_2_1 as you go along.
If you have 15 forums, the last line would be #fl_td_15_1

Then you have to remove whatever you have in your custom language set for the Forum New Text

This trick can also be used on topiclist, but I do not advice it, because the images will change on every topic when ppl post, and it will mess up if you change the number of topics displayed on one page
It can also be used on 'no new switch' class if you like

Edit by LG follows:

For this to work, you have to have "CSS trick 1" enabled. In your board's control panel, click on "Edit layout/colors of your board." There, the "Use CSS trick 1?" option is the 2nd one in the list.
